Discord Access Help

Everything that happens between paying with Stripe and actually seeing channels in Discord.

Step-by-step after your payment

  • 1.Stripe confirms your payment and shows you a confirmation screen.
  • 2.Stripe sends a secure event to our server letting us know your payment succeeded.
  • 3.Our server constructs a summary of your cart and sends an email to the address linked to your account.
  • 4.That email includes a summary of your plan(s) and your private Discord invite link.
  • 5.You click the invite link, log into Discord (if you're not already), and join the server.

"I paid, but I don't see the email."

Here's what to check:

  • Wait at least 2–3 minutes — sometimes email can lag a bit.
  • Check spam / junk folders and "Promotions" style categories.
  • Search for the subject line: "Your Discord Access Purchase"
  • Make sure you're checking the email associated with your account.

If you still don't see it after 5-10 minutes, contact us at support@playitwithace.com with your Stripe receipt.

"I can't access the email I used."

If you created your account with an email you can't access, contact us using:

support@playitwithace.com

Include the following:

  • The email you intended to use.
  • Your Stripe receipt or transaction reference (starts with pi_ or cs_).
  • Your Discord username.

We'll verify the payment and resend the invite to your correct email address.

Using the invite link correctly

Discord sometimes opens in the "wrong" account if you have multiple accounts. Here's how to control that:

If you want to join with a specific Discord account:

  • 1.Log out of Discord in your browser/app.
  • 2.Log back in with the account you want to use for this server.
  • 3.Open the invite link from your email again.

Once you're in, you can stay logged into that account normally. The invite is just the entry point.

"I joined but can't see any channels."

This usually means your role hasn't been assigned yet. Here's what to do:

  • Wait 1-2 minutes and refresh Discord (press Ctrl+R or restart the app).
  • Check if there's a verification channel or welcome message with instructions.
  • Make sure you're looking at the correct server (check the server name at the top).

If you still don't see channels after 5 minutes, message a moderator in the server or contact support@playitwithace.com.
