We never see or store your card number — Stripe handles that directly on their secure infrastructure with bank-level encryption.

How long does it take to get Discord access?

Usually under 60 seconds. From payment confirmation to invite email hitting your inbox, the process is fully automated. In rare cases where email delivery is slow, it might take a couple of minutes, but it's typically very fast.

Can I upgrade from Monthly to Season or Lifetime?

Yes, you can upgrade anytime. Simply purchase a different plan when you're ready.

What if I type the wrong email at checkout?

If the address is invalid, you won't get the invite email — but the payment still goes through.

Here's what to do: Contact us with your Stripe receipt and proof of payment. Once we verify everything, we can re-send the invite to the correct email address. It happens more often than you'd think, and we handle it quickly.

Do you automatically renew my access?

No. These are one-time purchases, not subscriptions. There are no recurring charges. If you want more time after your current period ends (for non-lifetime plans), you simply buy again when you're ready. Full control, zero surprise charges.

Do you offer refunds?

  • If there's a technical issue preventing access, we'll work with you to fix it.
  • Once you've joined the server and started using the membership, refunds are generally not provided.
