Terms of Service & Refund Policy

PlayItWithAce provides paid access to a private Discord server that includes exclusive channels, insights, community features, and additional perks. By completing a purchase through our platform, you acknowledge that:

• •You are purchasing digital access, not a physical product.
• •Your access is tied to your Discord account and is non-transferable.
• •You have read, understood, and agreed to all terms outlined here.
• •You are at least 13 years old, in accordance with Discord's Terms of Service.

After purchasing, you will receive:

• •A private invite link to the PlayItWithAce Discord server.
• •Access to exclusive channels corresponding to your subscription tier.
• •Role assignment within Discord that matches the plan you selected.

2.1 User Responsibilities

• •Do not share your invite link publicly or privately with others.
• •Do not sell, trade, or attempt to "reassign" your membership.
• •You must keep your Discord account in good standing.
• •You agree to follow all server rules posted inside Discord.
• •You may not attempt to scrape, log, copy, or redistribute server content.

⚠️ Violation of these rules may result in removal from the server without eligibility for a refund.

To maintain a healthy and productive community, you agree to:

• •Refrain from harassment, discrimination, hate speech, or targeted abuse.
• •Not engage in spam, self-promotion, or disruptive behavior.
• •Communicate respectfully with moderators, staff, and other members.
• •Follow Discord's global Terms of Service and Community Guidelines.

We reserve the right to suspend or permanently remove access if any serious violations occur. Access may also be removed if you attempt to circumvent payment, evade moderation, or damage the community experience.

All payments are processed securely through Stripe. At no point does PlayItWithAce ever store, handle, or view your credit card information. By completing a transaction, you authorize Stripe to charge your selected payment method for the corresponding plan.

4.1 Pricing

• •All prices are listed in USD.
• •Plans may change in price in the future, but you will never be charged without your consent.
• •Any promotional pricing or limited-time offers may end at any time.

4.2 Subscription Duration

• •Monthly plans: Access lasts 30 days from the time of purchase.
• •Season/Quarterly plans: Access lasts 90 days from purchase.
• •Lifetime plans: One-time payment for permanent access.

Access is automatically removed when the subscription period ends unless renewed.

5.1 Refunds for Technical Issues

If you complete a payment but are unable to receive or use your Discord invite because of a technical problem, we will make reasonable efforts to assist you. If the issue cannot be resolved, we may offer a refund at our discretion.

5.2 Refunds After You Join the Server

Because this product provides immediate digital access, refunds are generally not available after you have successfully joined the server and accessed members-only channels.

5.3 Unauthorized or Duplicate Charges

If you believe you were charged incorrectly, duplicate billed, or did not authorize a payment:

• •Contact us immediately.
• •Include your Stripe receipt or transaction ID.
• •We will investigate and issue a correction if appropriate.

⚠️ Chargebacks made without contacting us first may result in automatic removal from the server.

PlayItWithAce collects only the information required to:

• •Process your payment via Stripe
• •Verify your access and subscription status
• •Email you your receipt and invite link

We do not share, sell, or distribute your personal information. All billing information is handled exclusively by Stripe under PCI-compliant standards.

Access to the server may be revoked without refund if you:

• •Violate Discord's Terms of Service
• •Break server rules repeatedly
• •Attempt payment fraud or chargebacks
• •Harass or threaten other members
• •Distribute private server content

These actions undermine the safety and integrity of the community and are taken seriously.

We may update these Terms periodically to reflect changes in pricing, features, laws, or platform requirements. When updates occur, the "Last Updated" date will be revised. Continued use of the service after modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
